Refund and Returns Policy

Customers are required to thoroughly read and understand the terms outlined in our Return and Refund Policy. By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted them. If you do not agree with these terms, you are advised not to accept the Terms of Use and should immediately leave and discontinue using Packier’s services. By initiating a request for purchase on Packier, you confirm your acceptance of the Return and Refund Policy without modification and agree to be bound by its terms.

Can I Cancel or Change My Order After It Has Been Placed?

Orders may be canceled only within a limited time frame, typically within a 3  hours of placing the order. Once an order is submitted, it is immediately processed and cannot be altered. Promo or discount codes must be applied at the time of the order and cannot be added retroactively. If you wish to cancel an order after it has been shipped, restocking fees and return shipping charges will apply.

How to Return Products Ordered from Packier

To return a product ordered from Packier, follow the steps below:

  • You may return an unopened and undamaged item(s) in its original packaging within 1 days of receipt for a full refund.
  • Custom-printed orders are non-returnable due to their personalized nature.
  • If Packier is at fault (e.g., wrong item or damaged product), we will arrange free return shipping.
  • If the customer is at fault (e.g., changed mind, ordered wrong item), return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Product Shelf Life and Storage

The shelf life of our corrugated and cardboard boxes varies depending on environmental factors such as humidity, temperature, and exposure to chemicals. For best quality, corrugated boxes should be used within a few weeks of receipt. If stored for longer periods, they should be kept in a humidity-controlled environment (ideally below 70% humidity). Improper storage, especially in humid areas or near damp walls, can cause white spots and weaken the boxes. Returns or refunds will not be accepted for issues related to prolonged improper storage.

Manufacturing Tolerances

All our products are subject to industry tolerances. For example, slight shade variations between batches and a standard manufacturing tolerance of plus or minus 5 mm are common. These variances do not qualify for returns. If you decide to return an item for a reason other than a manufacturing defect (e.g., change of mind or incorrect size), a 30% restocking fee will apply, and the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.

Why Do We Charge Restocking Fees?

Restocking fees help cover the time and costs associated with handling, inspecting, and restocking returned items. Many companies that don’t charge restocking fees offset return costs by increasing prices. Additionally, returned items often cannot be resold, resulting in a financial loss for the company. If the return is due to a manufacturing defect, please send the item back for a full refund after a quality inspection.

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at support@packier.in to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the return address.
  2. Securely package the item with the RMA number and original invoice.
  3. Send the return to the address provided in our email.

Please note that custom-printed orders are non-returnable, and an RMA number is required to process all returns. Do not return the product to the courier who delivered the order. Our logistics partners are instructed not to accept packages for return during delivery.

If You Receive a Damaged Item

We take great care in packaging our products for safe delivery. However, in the event that you receive an item in a damaged condition, please email support@packier.in within 4 hours of receipt, providing clear photographs of the unopened package showing the damage. We will initiate a transit damage claim with our logistics partner. Once the claim is approved and the item is returned to us, a replacement will be sent to you.

Refund Timeline and Method

Refunds for approved returns will be credited within 7-10 working days to the same payment method used during the purchase.

Important Notes

  • All products must be returned in their original, unopened condition for a full refund. Opened products, unless defective, will not be eligible for a refund.
  • Returns or refunds are not available for custom-printed orders or items that have been used, damaged due to improper storage, or purchased beyond the return window.
